The registration period for XAT 2026 began today, July 10, 2025, on the website xatonline.in. The exam date and registration schedule for XAT 2026 were announced on July 9. Candidates planning to appear for the national entrance exam for XLRI and other popular business schools should register for XAT.

The XAT 2026 exam will be held on January 4, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. There are no changes to the XAT exam format or syllabus, so candidates should prepare based on last year's XAT question paper.

The XAT registration and application process is online, and candidates must create a login ID to complete the exam form. Those who have previously registered for the XAT can use their current login ID.

How to Fill XAT Registration cum Application Form 2026?

XAT registration is a one-time activity. Once created, candidates can use it for a variety of activities. See the XAT 2026 application process below:

1. Visit https://xatonline.in/
2. Click on "Registration 2026."
3. Enter your name, phone number, email address, password, and captcha code.
4. You will receive a unique XAT ID and a registration link in your email.
5. Click the link to verify your XAT registration.
6. You will be redirected to the student dashboard.
7. Click on "Application Form."
8. Add your academic, personal, and work experience information.
9. Upload a passport-sized photo, scanned signature, and photo ID.
10. Select the exam cities and XLRI (optional).
11. Review and check the declaration box.
12. Pay the XAT exam fees to complete the application process.
